Very nice silver ring with a lab created sapphire & CZ's surround the stone. It was sold to me as sterling, & does have stamps on the inside, but they're so tiny, I can't make them out. I think it is possibly sterling over something else to be honest because there is a mark on the ring that seems like tarnish (see pictures) or it's worn. I never even wore the ring, so I really don't know what happened, but when I put it on for the picture, if you have that side facing you, it's not noticeable really. The size is supposed to be 8, but I used to wear an 8 it was a tad loose at time of purchase, so possibly could fit and 8.5?
