I think women's but it doesn't really say...these are made to be tight tho. I normally wear a size 5 but these will stay up on me although they definitely aren't tight like they are supposed to be on my legs. Hope this helps!

I don't know I think they would fit you they are really stretchy and definitely not children's! They stay up on my hips but they are definitely too big for me. I can measure them for you when I get home if that would help?

The waist measures 14 inches across the front. But I easily stretched it to 19 inches. I measured across the front of the leg at the widest point and it's about 9" across the front without being stretched at all. And the length in 26"
