afternoon everyone i found out today it will depend on who ever wins the dress and wants it to be shipped to them it will depend on how much it will cost . yall dont give up . on the dress so ill do it this way . when the time comes to let it be nown on the winner . the winner will need to email me and ill find out how much it will cost for them .
