Regular size (same as all the other bears), non-smoking home (we do have pets though), condition is good (crease on the hang tag has some wear from being opened to be read).

Just an FYI ...
"In 1998, Ty stopped using PVC pellets in favor of using PE pellets as these were considered to be more environmentally friendly. Beanies with PVC pellets tend to be more rare and often a little more valuable. This is especially true for Princess with PVC pellets."
