cdma doesn't have imei. There is no sim card slot

doesnt matter, from verizon directly:

From the home screen, tap Settings.
Note If not available, swipe down from the top of the display (where the time is located).
Tap About.
From the Category field (located at the top), tap the Dropdown menu.
Tap Hardware.
View the IMEI.

Note You can also remove the back cover and view the IMEI located at the bottom.

The imei is located on the tag under the battery along a bar code. Please list it. Thanks.
