Approximately what AGE would the toddler be to fit in these?

I'm not an expert on shoe sizes but I do know it isn't measured by age. My grandson will be 3 next month so he wore them at
2-2 1/2 yrs old. I wouldn't bid if I weren't sure.

Absolutely awesome! My youngest granddaughter would love these! Unfortunately she's five and her current shoes measure 8 1/2 inches from toe to heel (on the outside). Bummer! But do love the shoes!!! Fanned :)
