When you say exact shipping what do you mean? If I bid and won does that mean I would have to pay shipping when it says free shipping? I have no credit card or debit card and I trying to get this movie for someone's birthday.

No, I won't use a bubble mailer as those can be bent. I'll use a pressed cardboard CD/DVD mailer - won't bend. I'll check on the tracking.
