I have updated the auction to let everyone know that the stamp on the inside is 14k GE. I do apologize if this is discouraging. I am trying to be as honest and upfront as I can be! I completely understand. We used to live in the city, but had to move unexpectedly. I have updated the auction with the most recent news that it is stamped with GE. I do apologize if I was, in any way, misleading with my information. I am trying to be as honest as I can be with what I'm giving away :)

If I was you I would take that ring in somewhere and have it checked out the GE could stand for the person's initials that made the ring so you might be missing out on a lot of points if you mistake it as gold electroplated if it is 14 karat solid gold you could get a lot of credits so please take my advice thank you

Is the ring Real solid gold or is it gold filled or plated? It is a beautiful ring. Can you post picture of the stamp inside on band?

I'm not sure to be honest. It just says 14k.
I tried to get a picture of it when I first posted it, but my camera is shattered on my phone and it won't focus in to show the stamp.

Of it was plated it would say GP next to the 14kt, so it is probably solid gold...is that a Blue Topaz?

Is there anyway you could run this by a jewelry store where they could validate if it's solid gold, the size and kind of stone? Fanned and watching.

I will try next time out in town. I live about 45 minutes away from the nearest store and have a 5 month old so getting out in town isn't always easy haha But if I can before the auction ends, I definitely will :)

Yeah, I just left the jewelers. They couldn't say definitively, because GE could stand for anything, but if he had to guess he would say it's Gold Electroplated.
