This top is very comfy and very pretty. It is lace over very soft black polyester. The straps are semi adjustable but not much. There is a small tear where the 2 fabrics join near the left strap on the inside. Not noticeable, but very fixable if you have needle and thread. Otherwise, it is in great shape

Free shipping. I wash all items right before they are sent. Sometimes things sit in a bag or box for a bit in the closet or garage and nobody wants to open their new item and smell musty.
