hi guys ^_^ here's another one for you, it's a good condition 1937 american buffalo head nickel (with all four legs, sorry!) the only part i have no clue about, well, aside from you know, the amount of legs ^_^ is the fact that after united states of america it says in small type "& plumber's union." i'm sure someone will know more, so check the comments and happpppppy bidding! :)
Questions & Comments
Huh... that seems weird. By I know businesses used to stamp their names on coins as a form of advertisement and to track coins :P
Hey There 'girpoisonsboy'! Too bad it has all it's legs, but still cool! That is " E PLURIBUS UNUM " which You see and not plumber's union, but that might not be a bad substitute for all the crap they push in government:0) The general meaning of each Latin word is clear: Pluribus is related to the English word: "plural." Unum is related to the English word: "unit."
E Pluribus Unum describes an action: Many uniting into one. An accurate translation of the motto is "Out of many, one" –.
you know, that makes more sense. i have to stop posting things when i'm half asleep, and a magnifying glass might help as well lol! thanks. i've added your info to the post and credited it to you :)
