The listing, Vintage ~ Royal Albert Bone China ~ Tea Cup & Saucer has ended.

OK, First off I know this one is NOT an ANTIQUE.

I goofed so you get a deal!! I got this "set" at a local thrift store. The 2 pieces were taped together and I didn't look too closely at them.

Turns out the cup is a different pattern than the saucer!
The colors are the SAME, and they compliment each other perfectly BUT the cup is a ROSE and the Saucer is a Chysanthemum.

So I can't really sell it on my other site. So you get a deal!

The saucer is dated 1970 and although not dated, I am sure the cup is roughly the same age. They are BOTH made by "Royal Albert" of England. Both are bone china, just different patterns.

There are NO defects that I can find. Nice shiny gold trim! VERY nicy colors over all!

Picture #3 is stamp on bottom of saucer, #4 is the cup.

I placed my bid by just reading the top description, then afterward read the rest of your description. I know there is no buyer remorse and that I should have read your complete description before i placed my bid. Oh well, a bid is a bid. maybe someone will out bid me in the end. I do suggest you take the word vintage out of your heading description if you feel it is not vintage, but it is 45 years old if the date as you stated and as seen is 1970. so anyway it is a great auction even if the cup and saucer does not match. so i will wait and see who wins, and maybe it will be me....time will tell.

It is vintage. Anything over 25 years old is considered vintage by definition. I put it is not ANTIQUE, just because I listed it in the antique catagory. I could not find a better catagory for it. I just wanted to clarify even though I have seen people list things on here from 1996 and called them antique. By definition an item must be 100 years old to be antique.

Super NICE and highly collectible they don't make them this nice anymore. My mom collected them back in the 70's :) We still hold on to the collection.
