Not for sure how to but will try it is eight inches across when it is snapped.
neck is 4 1/2 by 4 1/2
it has two little snaps on side to take or let out about an inch .

I will measure a later tonight and get back with you but it will fit a small one, I would say definitely will fit your daughter's yorkie. I also have the cap to match in small in another auction.

Hi there I am going to post some pictures but 3 pounds that little baby is small . I love them little teacups.I do not think it would fit it might swallow the little chi up. :)would love to see a picture of the baby.

I would love to sin this and the cap for my Sister's doggy. He loves wearing clothes and they live in Florida so it wouldn't be too warm for him but just perfect for their winters. I'm pretty sure it would fit him. You said that it has a couple of snaps that lets it out a little bit? I fanned you and will be bidding on this and the cap.

There is two little snaps on the side that let it out just a little . I had to have it for one of my puppies and then it sat in a drawer :) .I have tried to add many measurements I hope I have not confused too many new at all this. What a nice sister you are.
