What's the model # of the computer? Did it work fine initially? What did it do when that happened (did it crash or just do that on a startup) And next, Wal-Mart won't do anything for you about it?

hp15-1039wm is the model number. yes it initially worked fine it was new. it started showing a blue screen then it wouldnt do anything except for what i listed that it does.walmart only excepts returns on laptops within 15 days.

Ouch, that stinks! Gotta love ole wally world huh...love to mess with ya every chance they get! I'd definitely be interested in it to try and figure out the issues. My wife's work PC crashed, and they are making her get her own replacement (once again, that nice corporate $ mentality lol)

to be honest i had a gin on it for 500000. someone got it and never sent the shipping because it wasnt free shipping on original auction. so i had to relist it. what would be a good gin for you? and it is free shipping now.

Honestly, since I don't know how deep the problem is, I could probably safely say 400K. That way, I can still afford any parts I'd need. And I'd have to buy it through my wife's account, cause I don't have that many creds right now lol I have about 360K left.
