FREE: Elephant scrapbooking stamp

The listing, Elephant scrapbooking stamp has ended.

This is an elephant stamp that I got in a bag of stamps from a yard sale. I'm not sure how to use it. I believe it may be one that you have to place on a hard plastic stamp holders? I'm not even sure. It appears that the back of the stamp has a sticky layer under a layer of clear plastic, but I am afraid to remove the plastic and check, in case the plastic won't go back on and whoever bought this would not be able to use it as originally intended.
