The stones are aventurine, Tiger Eye, Clear Quartz, Citrine, Hematite, and Amethyst.

You can wear this bracelet or lay it in a dish in a room you are in or hang it from an object or the ceiling. My favorite is to hang it from my bed frame. I love to wake up to the sun shining through it.
