The listing, I Pod touch 32 gb has ended.

This is an auction for an I pod touch I believe it is a first gen and I know it is a 32 gb. This sells for around 200 dollars on ebay, of which I am a trusted seller. It is used not refurbished and it does NOT come with accessories... I use them for my Iphone. You will need to acquire your own charger and headphones. This works perfectly, but it does have scratches mainly on the silver back of it. I will ship standard for free, but I will NOT insure or overnight ship for free!! f you need insurance, or want overnight shipping let me know at the end of the auction and I will find out the shipping costs. I will NOT dilly dally on getting this in the mail to you!!! I will ship within 24 hours of auction ending as long as it doesn't end on a weekend day!!! Happy bidding!!! This is only a 4 day auction so get it while it lasts!!!!!

it is a first gen itouch cause if it was the second gen than theres suppose to be the volume buttons on the side which yours dont have..just letting you know

I am very sorry that there are so many scammers on here... I didn't think that would be an issue when there isn't money involved... I will get those uploaded before the end of the auction I promise.... I was going to get it today and I forgot before I left for work... Sorry guys... If need be, I will extend the auction with the legitimate pics once I get them uploaded. If I would have known that this is a problem, I would have waited to post it.... :( sorry guys....

Yes it does have a few, but they are not anything that you notice when the unit is on and running. You can see the screen perfectly.
