Unfortunately I'm one that have both SLE & Discoid it started with Discoid first. Then two years in SLE came to visit and refuse to leave so we battle everyday..

Here's my zip 39304 and the weight is around 3-5 ounces. You can take that info and look up the cost at usps com
If your having postal issues confirmation is your best bet
