Brand name "Wet Seal".
I bought it and never wore it! I never wanted to have to wash it, b/c it has beads all over it! It's so beautiful but I jus never wear it. There isn't a Size but I would say it's a small, I like a Medium (and that fits me kindof loose / not snug) and this is a little snug.. so I would say small.
Ties in the back , long sleeve, pointed sleeves for that cute night club look. Pointed in the front and there is a tie for around the back.

lol do now... lost those shoes..The first pic doesn't reallys show the details on the beads.. but it's all over the shirt and really pretty! I just couldn't get a good pic of the whole thing in detail!
