Flowy, woven pants. High rise, smocked waistband flows into wide leg pants for a carefree look!

They Measure 40" from waist to hem.
Waist is 13.5" Un-Stretched & will easy fit up to 34".
I wore them below the waist above Hips & just too long for me. Really cute on, in good++ Condition. No flaws, normal wash-wear.

what is the inseam length? that is the inside leg portion? :)

Hi! I totally understand why you want the inseam, which I always put in my description. It is literally not worth measuring for this reason; and I did try a few times prior to listing. The are high waisted elasticized, wide leg "palazzo style pants. So, they will sit differently on everyone as everyone is built differently & when I tried a few times to get a "true" inseam measurement, it was coming up very "short" while when I try them on, I am 5'6" and a small( in women's) these are Too Long for me. So, the way with the higher-rise & higher-waist fit, you would be deceived. That is why I measured them from the top to hem, going down the side. As they were measured on the Charlotte Russe website the same way.

The best way to know what the length will be on you, partly, is to hold a tape where you wear them, below the natural waist or above hips or at hips & measure to the 41" as I put in the listing. Thanks!
