Don't worry about Bev. I find that this is her way to market herself on this site. I have gotten several "Buy from my scentsy site" Listia messages from her. You are not the first she has tried to bully into taking their auctions down and will certianly not be the last. Listias advice to me was to block her.

Thank you, I have already blocked her. I have done what was asked from me previously :) I am doing this so that people can "afford" to maybe give Scentsy as a christmas present. But will not give people my site or even label the products being sent out. I am in NO WAY promoting my business. I have been sent messages asking for my website and tell them to go to the Scentsy corporate site and then they can find the closest consultant to them.

To GrandmaBev, Cenglot is correct...it is not illegal to post these items when they are your OWN personal items. As long as you are NOT a consultant and marketing for Scentsy Co., you have every right to swap these on this site. I have been swapping some of my bars I had extras of to get credits for christmas gifts on here for my kiddos. I didn't get my auctions removed. I think yours may have because you had posted you were selling them and had your own web address. :( I know that is dumb, but those are the rules I guess... Anyway, I think this is a great auction and I will be watching!

It is not ILLEGAL....lol....it is against policy to sell Scentsy that is being direct shipped from the company. This is a stash from my personal supply. I believe that as long as it is your own personal supply and not something that is direct from a consultants site, than we are ok....
