Karaoke CD+G (Compact Disc+Graphics) these are high quality renditions from Sound Choice StarSeries Karaoke of Music From Musical The Sound Of Music (Movie Version). Disc contains both Karaoke Backing Vocals Track and Lead Guide Multiplex Vocal Track.

The CD+G means that I can be played in a CD+G compliant device such as a CD+G Karaoke Machine or Computer with a CD/DVD Drive that can read the Graphics part of the disc (most HP and Pioneer as well as All Plextors will do this I am not sure about others) for on screen lyrics. They will also play in a standard CD player but will obviously not display the graphics.
