PLEASE download the software and necessary drivers to your computer BEFORE you try to transfer your pictures and videos to your computer, and please be patient during install, took a good 10 minutes, I am using Windows 7. Minimum system requirements are Windows 98/2000/XP a 366MHz processor or faster, and 64MB RAM, which almost all computers today come with more than that. Please don't try to transfer your pictures and videos to your computer without using install disc, nothing will happen.
Awesome little gadget to have in the woods hunting, hiking, at a ball game, football game, etc etc. Take the time to read the owner's manual as well to learn how to work and use. It's a bit of information but once learned it's fun to use.
