Purse is black with brown leather trim. Purse has middle divider inside with two zipper compartments on both inside front and back. Purse shows signs of wear. I love the purse and was carrying it up until last week when I decided to retire it and let someone else enjoy it. All leather and purse materials are without damage other than leather showing signs of wear. It has magnetic closure that works. Purse is approx. 10"x10" with long hand straps that can also be worn on shoulder.

Yes,it's from a smoke free home. It is not canvas,I'm not really sure the material. It's similar to what some coats are made out of that are rain retardant. I am not at home right now, but will look it up tomorrow and let you know. Thank you for inquiring.

It's a synthetic nylon microfiber. You can google "what is a microfiber handbag" and you will see examples. Brighton and Marc Jacobs handbags popped up. It's heavy duty and water resistant. Hard to explain. Hope that helps.
