This is for 1 live Dwarf Cavendish Banana already rooted in a pot. I have 2 auctions for these plants, but each auction is for 1 plant.

The first picture is of the mother plant. You can see the babies popping out at the base of the mother. I transplanted these in April and have waited to ensure that the roots took and that the plants didn't die. The pictures are from April, but I will be taking more pictures tonight and posting them tomorrow to show that they are all growing and happy. The plants will be shipped in their pots with their dirt. The reason I am auctioning them now is that they are ready for bigger pots.

I have 2 more transplanted bananas that are in bigger pots and will auction these off too if these first 2 do well... so bid early and bid often!!! (haha) I am a trusted seller with 100% positive feedback, so bid with confidence!

Cavendish Bananas are the type of banana that you buy in the grocery store. The "Dwarf" part of the name refers to the size that the plant will grow, not the size of the fruit. If planted in your yard, they need full sun for 4+ hours a day, planted somewhere they will get lots and lots of water, usually a low part of the yard where the water gathers after a rain. These are tropical plants and they grow well outside my house year round, but I live in South Florida. If you live in a colder climate, I would suggest to move this plant indoors during colder weather. All of my plants are in pots because I rent, but they are thriving.

I will provide FREE SHIPPING!!! This auction will end on a Saturday and I will ship on a Monday. Please provide your Listia verified shipping address. I will ship these USPS Priority so you should have it by Wednesday or Thursday.

If local pickup or GIN is used, I will throw in a couple of extras from my garden including air-plants, christmas cactus, strawberry plants, snake plants, or aloe plants. You pick!
