It is soft material & very comfortable but sexy at the same time :) It has a design around the top of the chest area that consists of these turquoise stones & dangley gold add ons.. There is one missing around the center, but you can NOT tell, I just could because I look over EVERYTHING before I place it on here.. It ties around the neck to make it more fitting or loose for you.. It is approx. 19 inches long & a size Medium..
