There are no tracking numbers or insurance unless you want to pay extra:
Insurance: $0.01 to $50 cost $1.75 & $50.01 to $100 cost $2.25.
Delivery confirmation is $0.80 cents.

Once the item is mailed I am not responsible for it. I get a receipt from the Post Office, indicating that I mailed an item to a specific zip code. This is my proof of mailing the item if you don’t receive it. Credits will not be returned. If item is lost or damaged in the mail, credits will not be returned, there are no refunds what so ever. how are you packaging your items? sounds like you had a problem with stuff getting lost and that has only happened once to me and it was because i used a normal envelope, which was weird for me, because i always use the bubble packages, but i had just run out, so i had to use what i had, and the poor gal didnt get the item... :( it is very pretty and i want it, but it does kinda concern me that you would feel it necessary to put the disclaimer in your auctions... i dont mean to be critical, i dont want to be blocked for offending you.... but i have been scammed and ripped off and lost items on here, so i have to pry a bit more. thanks! (i do intend on bidding later)

Your right, I did have something get lost. It was in a regular envelope that had mailing tape on all four sides and over the shipping label. They said that the envelope arrived without the item. I believe someone had to have taken it. I just want to let people know how I ship free shipping, the minimal available. If it doesn't fit in a regular envelope then I will use a brown envelope. I just want everyone to know. And a lot of people expect tracking numbers, I can't afford that, so if they want it they can pay for it. Just trying to lay my cards on the table. I think more people should do that especially with what they are giving away, they need to be more specific.

If u put an item in a regular envelope the darn post office envelope machines will just strip the item out of the envelope. The post office envelope machines are brutal on any item other than something flat. The best way is to mail in a bubble envelope - these are not sent thru an envelope machine. The other way using a regular envelope is to tape the item between a folded cardboard and asking the postman to NOT send it thru the envelope machine. U can reuse the bubble envelppes u get - they do come in small sizes.

What pillar said. I have had so many things BENT or BROKEN due to people NOT putting a simple "Please, do not bend!!". It's very simple as taping, or as pillar says, a bubble envelope or cardboard between. If we all care about our things, it is so hard to ask to put a little extra effort into ensuring they are arriving safe? And yes, if people just put a small label and not heavy tape you can reuse!
