This is a dressy blouse size 4X. There is a V neck in front and lace on back and elastic around bottom. It's black and white floral. This is weird but my boyfriend says the color is blue but I really see black.

Sorry, I'm just answering. Made by No Boundaries. 4X or 26W-28W Cotton and polyester. Looks like crochet lace in back. Wore a couple of times. Looks best on bigger bust women.
