I have a Wonderful Son who always buys these little gadgets to make my life easier. They usually get used once (so he can see I used it) and put away. That's what happened with this Egg-Stracter. He wanted it to be easier for me to make his favorite Deviled Eggs more often. It comes used (once, with 5 eggs) in perfect condition with original box. But instructions and egg recipe inserts are gone. He won't get mad at me because he saw me massacre my hard boiled eggs. I'm sure it works fine but I just don't have the nack for it.
