This was a 40th Anniversary Issue and isn't rare but is quite un-common. Nice Gift Item for a collector.
First photo is a stock photo off the net. Actual vehicles in their case are now up. The case is exceptionally nice except for the top of the cube has some scratching and clouding. The cloudiness may just need to be cleaned ( I wouldn't mess with it myself) otherwise this would be a MINT set.
