does this have any markings inside the ring,925,ster, makers mark?

No it doesn't but then again it's about 30 years old so I'm not sure they put marks like that back then. I know it doesn't turn my finger green and usually if I wear something other then gold or sterling silver my finger turns green real fast. I hope that helps.
