Avon brow "pencil", but it's a brush. It comes in a tube with gel like brow enhancer, you twist the end the gel comes or of the tube onto the brush then you paint you brows. I wish I could describe it better or show you how it works, but it is still in it's original packing. I have used a bow enhancer in the past It works great to give you Brows more color and cover grey. I just wish I still had it so I could show you a picture. I ship on the 9th and 19th of every month.
