Most people will not pay shipping to someone who is new (never listed or bid on anything) let alone if you haven't gone through the verification process. It's simple go to your profile page and in the lower left hand column there is a verify account - click on it. Verify your address, phone, cc, and fb if you have one as those will not be seen by anyone (phone and cc). People have to have some kind of trust that you aren't just asking them to send money for shipping and then never hear from you again. Right now this listing is a big red flag!

You are seriously over paying. I use the grey poly mailers - especially for clothing. They come in all sizes and you will see many people list 5-10 of them for bids. You can get a large amount off eBay if you plan on listing a lot of clothing. The size doesn't matter as you can fold it in half over itself and then seal it so I would recommend you get the 10x13 as they will hold dresses and sweaters. Flat rate is really a rip off especially when you are shipping something that weighs so much less. Poly mailers on eBay you can get 100-500 for under $10. Saves you a ton in packaging and shipping. I invested in a postal scale (got it for $15) digital one, and that way I can pay for my shipping on PayPal and print out the labels which I tape to the package. No more waiting at the post office ever. You can walk by the line and leave on the counter at one end for pre paid drop offs. Great for Xmas too. You don't have to do this but if you plan on listing a lot it will help tremendously.

Yes you are! Just another tip - this dress probably weighs about 11 ounces to ship. That costs about $3.50. You are new and this is not like eBay so people don't like inflated shipping as it looks like you are simply trying to sell an item rather than be an exchange like the site is meant to be. You will figure out what people will be willing to pay by whether or not you get bids. Best of Luck!

Try to include as many pictures as you can (all angles) and measurements. Usually people want to know the shoulder to hem, waist (flat one side un-stretched and also stretched if applicable), armpit to armpit. Hope this helps you...I have a dress very similar to this one listed right now and the handkerchief skirt is cute but the short parts are wardrobe malfunctions for me (I am 6'0).

It also helps if you do free shipping on items that don't weigh to much, to US and Canada, I do and that stuff goes like crazy and you can get alot of bids on them
