Fake as I not a real Pokémon care? Or fake as not made by the company who ordinarily makes these cards?
Either way it looks like a good card. I've been looking for a Gardevoir.

Fake as in I bought a Pokemon booster pack from the store, but the Pokemon company most certainly did not make these cards. I didn't realize they were fake at first, the only reason I was able to determine they were was people on here telling me how to check its fake. It looks like the actual legitimate card, but it is not.

Its a fake card, yes, but it is a duplicate of a legitamate card. I have a fake Malamar EX and a fake Aegislash EX based off of real cards

Yes it is based off of a real card, whoever made this one actually did a pretty good job in my opinion. I just need to let everyone know that this card was not made by whatever company that is making them now.
