First of all, Welcome to Listia!! I just know you will love it here!! These are bottle caps that have been painted red then I make or find images. I wish I was talented enough to hand paint the images...I might try that next though :-). The images are glued on and sealed with a glaze or "epoxy dot" resin circle adhesive to prevent fading, yellowing and protect from elements. They are not water proof though. :-) Welcome again, I am sure I will see you around. ;-)
