It depends on if you bleach your hair or not. If you bleach it it is fire truck red . If you put it on with brown hair in is more of a burgundy

No with the semi- perm you don't use developer. You either get a red hue or bleach hair for a bright red. This is a cream you put on you hair and let sit.

Well i'm curious because I already have red hair but I dont want a bam in your face kind of red more like a nice blood red. And I usually use box dye.

From your pic you hair look like a burgundy red. This will kick up a little if you don't bleach it. I have natural red highlight so when I was using this I bleach some if my hair with a box highlight kit and then I put this on for awhile with plastic wrap to let it set. It is semi- permeant so it will wash out and fade hope this helps
