I probably should, it would stop the flood of emails, but people who flag for no reason should be penalized maybe. there's too much incentive right now w/ the badges. thanks hon.
In order to have better results with this listing, please add more details regarding your item. Your listing is missing a description or picture. These two things will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. We also highly recommend that you include pictures of the actual item that is being listed, (not just use stock photos from the manufacturer). For higher valued items, please include a notecard or piece of paper with your Listia username in one of the pictures of the actual item. This will also reduce the number of questions that your bidders will ask, and most importantly, you`ll get the best results with your listing.
Thanks for making these changes and good luck with your listing!

Thank you! I love it when someone wastes their time, a mod's time, and my time, by flagging an auction that is already well described and has no need for a photo :) If someone doesn't know what bottle caps look like perhaps they shouldn't be on this site :)
only when they are flagged by someone, from what I've seen. like this one went 8 whole days without getting comments, but most of mine last about 2-8 hours before a mod posts the standard script. so no, i dont think all auctions without photos get this message, i think only those that are flagged do. but if you know that it's all, then i'll accept that. but i think it's a waste of mods' time just to say you need a photo when you don't.
