Antique Silver Pocket Watch Watts Whitminster Ch1901
A antique silver pocket watch hallmarked Chester 1901 and made by W.E.Watts & Co Ltd of Whitminster works,the case is in good condition as shown in photos. Slight indentation on the right back side around the "8". I think this could almost be pushed out. Very decorative back. Beautiful.

This watch is True Silver and HAS SOME WEIGHT.

RARE that this watch has the key and works. You research even on the auction sites and so many are without a key that are not made to wind. Thank you.

I researched this watch completely. It seems to keep perfect time. You cannot turn the hands on the watch.You will break them. THIS WINDS COUNTERCLOCKWISE

clearer pictures would be nice. better lighting is needed. Cell phones do NOT take good pictures of small items. By the way, it's fair, not fare. Fare is what the cabbie charges you. sorry, old editors never die, they just smell that way.

As for the photographs I have only the most basic phone and no access to a camera. I will have to see if I can impose on someone to help me with the pictures. I can make no promises as I am home bound. I think you are asking about a little minute hand. I have seen them on some models and not on others. I am sure if it had one it would cost very little to replace. This was in storage in a case my father had. I can only tell you what I know. I will see if I can find a way to provide better pictures. I provide all the information I have. You can hear it run and see it change time. I am not sure about the other things that you have asked.

I found one at an auction that was identical and it had no key nor minute hand. That is the only identical watch I was able to find to the one I am offering. Thank you for viewing and I will see about some pictures. Jo.
