I have a R451c that I got off this site and it was run as a straight talk. When it comes on it says "a service of Tracfone wirless" and it is a straight talk phone and it is CDMA. That is what my pnone is.

idont know if it has a sim card or not thats been the descution all along (this phone comes as is ) it does have a card slot i was told its a sd card which will come with it if bids reach 3000 credits, i hope i have answered your questions!!, i do know you can purchas the minutes at any dollar or other store thank you for your intrest in my item and please let me know if your looking for a certain kind of phone because i have several , and if ya'll let me know i can post whats suitable for your needs. due to the fact over the years i have acumalated several phones trying to find what works best for me !!,now i am in a contract with verizon and i would have been beter of with paying as i go with this tracphone ,good luck to all, and happy bidding
