IPOD TOUCH 16 GB 1ST GEN. iPod is in great condition, the screen is crystal clear. No technical problems with it, audio jack works perfectly. No more than the normal scratches and nicks anyone gets from laying it on surfaces like tables and what not. Will include free shipping and tracking number if this auction goes to 20,000 or more. Cligg is correct. Per Listia policy, they advise against voluntarily transferring credits to the seller when you have not received the item. As real as im sure this auction is, and im sure the seller intends to ship the item also, but transferring the credits right away might not be the smartest idea for other reasons. What if the item gets damaged during transit? Lost or stolen? Just doesnt work for whatever reason? Theres lots of reasons. But if you want to do that as a buyer, thats up to the winner if they think its a good idea or not.

Yes. After you win an auction, the screen pops up for you to send shipping info. Once you do that, the pink button pops up that says "Got It' and you would normally click that button AFTER you receive the item and when you do so, it then transfers the credits to the seller. LOL, this guy appears to say that he would like you to click that button right after you win, BEFORE you actually receive the item. I should warn tho that this will prevent you from filing a dispute in the event that the item does not show.

You have this item listed FREE SHIPPING. You CANNOT add stipulations to that free shipping. It is against the rules. If you click free shipping when you list your auction, it's supposed to be free. No matter what. That is probably why your other auction got removed, if you did the same thing there

Ive had one for over three years, a 16GB 3rd gen with no battery issues at all. I treat mine good and i use it every single day. But if the battery was to die, i wouldnt send it to apple for repair, it would cost more then its worth. I would buy a battery off of ebay and replace it myself. Theres plenty of tutorials on youtube. Just giving you a tip in case it becomes an issue for you in the future.

yes its really not cool trying to manipulate the situation by trying to get people to claim the got it button immediately that is not how it works and if you were bidding on something for 25,000 credits would you take a chance on someone with 0 percent feedback no, noone would but by you asking that and them not doing it makes me wonder if you wont try to be spitefull and not mail the product right away its just manipulation....and you can over night the item and once bidder recieves the item in working order the can then click the got it button good luck with this and to that one high bidder.
