The listing, 1887 Liberty V Nickel - Restored - Superb Details! has ended.
Up for grabs is an 1887 Liberty V Nickel, which I semi-restored, and not just with acid or whatever, (which I've explained in previous listings) and has better, sharper details than 90% of the 1887 V's in the world, restored or not. I realize that is a bold statement, but if you look at the pics provided, you'll see it's not an exaggeration.
As always, 5-Day Listing, Free Shipping, 100 credit start. If you suggest a GIN, it better be in the 100k range or the request gets ignored. I say that not because the coin is that special, but if I'm going to disappoint bidders and make folks upset, it's got to be worth it for me.
And as an aside, there are a lot of sellers on here with restored coins which fail to mention it in their listing, as if it wasn't mentioned when they bought them or can't see the obvious light grey tone, which they hide by taking terrible out-of-focus pictures. So, it's up to you, the buyer, to notice this sort of thing and judge the coin based on the listing's images, and not just the description.
That's just my two cents worth, which I've been know to add without anyone asking me for it, because I don't appreciate sneaky individuals taking advantage of others. And, if you happen to be one of those people, by all means message me about your disapproval of this post, so the target on your back shines brighter.
