The listing, New in Orignal Box (That is Admittedly Beat Up) Kronus Air Compressor 270-002 - Free US Ship has ended.

This is a portable air compressor. One of those things that you can plug in your cigarette lighter, and pump up you tires. It's also unfortunately one of those things that seemed like a good idea, but I was too lazy to use. The box is beat up a wee bit, but no too much. It was never used. Radio Shack sold these things originally for $19.95 then cut the price to $9.95.

It's a lot of power for that price I'd expect and quite a bargain, that is if you are not lazy or your tires occasionally give you problems :-).

So here's a nice description I found:

I think so, but I never tried it. I think it's business end is like a bicycle pump. The power just plugs in the cigarette lighter then you watch the gauge.

I guess, but Fix a flat tries to plug the hole doesn't it? Could get you home in a pinch I guess.
