Questions & Comments
PLEASE NOTE: do not bid on this is you are under 18 years of age. I am offering this to the adults on listia and will not be held responsible for kids injuring themself with a real piece of piercing equitment
UPDATE: If bidding reaches 3500 I will add as a gift from me to you 10 pair of the earrings this came with when i bought it...they are just silvertone stars with rubber backings(though as a piercer I'll tell you the gun works best with a metal backing, but the rubber backings will work aslog as they are lined up correctly)
So can you just put like a pair of stud post earrings in it and pierce an ear? thanks Watching this closely and fanned :0) I think I may not be reading it right sorry. Is a piercing stud different, sorry for the mix up
a piercing stud is a earring with a very sharp post end. most earrings you buy don't have the sharp end they are dulled down so not to poke you behind your ear...however when you go to get your ears pierced the piercer uses a piercing post earring...it has a sharp sharp end and goes right into the ear like a needle would...then once the ear has been pierced you can file the sharp end off the earring to wear as normal earings....you can find the sterile piercing stud packs at beauty supply store...they come in the white cartridges...you just take them out of the cartridge and load it into this gun then line up aand press trigger.. hope this answered your question...if not or if you have any other questions just let me know! :)
no this should not be used on those type of piercings...however I do have the items needed for such piercings if youd like to send me a message I can make you a piercing kit for whatever body part you are doing and I don't charge alot since i'm just selling off my inventory. normally $10 for a kit...thats everything you need for the piercing and it's all sterile and clean.
usally I don't mind underage bidders...if they got the credits then i'll sell to them...BUT I cant sell piercing supplies to underage kids as i can lose my certification if i knowingly sell to a minor...plus kids shouldnt be shoving piercing needles thru their body anyway...leave it to a professinal right!
I live in vallejo and my fiance is interested in this and wants her lip pierced maybe we can work something out. How had is it to become licensed. What do you have to know
this isn't or lip or any body piercing....it's not hard but is time consuming to be certified...involves ALOT of apprentice time. I'll be honest...mostly you just need to learn the major veins and such that run thru certain areas so you don't cause massive bleeding and of course you don't want to hit anything important...I do have up a body piercing kit for auction also...you would want to bid on that if you want to pierce a body part. I would love to do it for you but I am Just moved from maryland to ca and i'm certified in Maryland only(basically you have to recertifiy in every state)...I'm decided to focus on my photography business for now so I'm no longer piercing...if you win the best I can do is answer any questions you may have about any body piercing. However I cannot be held responsible for any injury when piercing one's self. ~~~*whispers...but it's really not that hard ;-)~~~
it uses any sterile piercing earring...you can buy the piercing studs at piercing pagoda(the little stands in the mall) or you may be able to get them from a piercing supplier....if the bid reaches 3500 I will add in 10 pair of the earrings it came with when i bought it...they are just silvertone stars with rubber backings(tho as a piercer I'll tell you the gun works best with a metal backing)
