This is a unique vintage hardback book that i found at a antique store and just knew someone would love it! the recipes are from places of business such as: antoine's restaurant in louisiana, other great restaurants, hospitals, eaterys, schools, and people. wonderful recipes! the front part of the book is a desk top diary. the book is virtually clean but for a couple of pages at the bottom where it has writing. it is really small and almost not noticable. please do not forget it has these and then be unhappy with it. it is worth having just for the recipes!
