Gently used Infanto baby carrier. Only used a few times since by the time I got it my baby grew out of it fast. Great for grocery trips, walks, etc...Has a convenient pocket in the front for keys or baby items within easy reach.

That is if you mail a money order of cash to my address and once I receive that then I would mail out the item. I prefer paypal because it is safer for everyone but cash or MO work but take longer.
