I cant fit them so it was awkward for me but its sticky tape about the size of your hand that you peel off and its kind of a fabric lace type covering that you tape over your breast and lift like a regular bra would support but without wearing an actual bra - does that help???

I think you have to be careful not to wear any lotions or creams and be an exact fit for these to support you- the idea is to go braless
