My point is that most house-cats have the life. They get their food served to them, can nap whenever they feel like it, and they have someone to clean up their ***** ffs. They don't have things like bills or work to worry about.

No, I haven't read that book, but I have read 1001 things to do with a cat. Using them as a door stop or back scratcher just seemed something to do with a relaxed cat....lol
