She's right, there is no such thing as a no refund policy, listia has very strict rules which is quite refreshing from other auction sites and we all know who that is. Lol we authenticate everything we get so I'm watching, and bidding but if it's not real you will get it back ..... Looks great though :)

Yes I understand that but buyers don't want to be scammed either so if the seller lists it as real gold and it turns out not to be then they can dispute it and send it. Back to the seller then they get there credits back but only after the seller receives there item back that way nobody gets scammed. Buyers have to be able to trust that a listing is actually what the seller lists it to be so people are not just listing fake items and saying it's real and also no refunds. If you list something as real make sure it's real cuz if it turns out not to be the buyers can dispute it and get a refund after sending the item back. Regardless of you saying no refunds cuz the buyer is buying an item that's listed real so of it's not than the deal is now in void

The only way a person would get a refund if this is not real gold is is they send it back to you and then get the credits back. Nobody gets to keep an item and keep the credits it doesn't work that way but if you say this is 14K and it turns out not to be then a dispute can be made and after returning the ring to the seller the buyer will get there credits back. That's just saying if this isn't real but I am hoping it's real cuz I am so bidding on this awesome ring

Someone tried to scam me last time I sold something Gold on here, so now I list everything with a No Refund warning on it. But I assure you, i dont list anything gold unless Im sure that it is real gold! Happy bidding :)

No refunds, Only way to be sure that Im not being scammed by someone who wants both the ring, AND the credits. Besides, it has a clear 14k stamp on the inside

Ps.....Reread all of Listia's rules closely. They have the final say on all auctions. They actually have a panel that goes over all disputes before any final decisions are made. Try your best to follow their rules and you will always come out on top. Someone starts giving your trouble, block them. After that they can't bid on anything you list. Glad to have you as a member.
