This is a brand new Philips DVP-3960/37B DVD player with HDMI out. This will also hook up to any other TV with the composite or component outputs.This does not come with an HDMI cable. What you see in the pictures is what you get: DVD player, remote, Red/White/Yellow cables.

The one shown in the picture is not the one you will get. You get one in the original box that has not been opened.
