The values in the fact its a collectible and as with most collectible they are worth whatever someone will pay for them. In this case its free!!

why is it called a silver certificate

Because back then these pieces of paper were backed by silver in the US mint. Now they are called federal notes because there is no longer enough silver to back the money they are printing
