It can also be considered a medium. This is a light blue color with a satin like finish. It features puffed style sleeves and form flattering tailoring. This blouse translates easily from casual to career. The item is pre-owned but gently used.

May be a silly question, but do the sleeves actually unbutton or is that just decoration? (I don't like anything too tight on my arms).

Not silly at all! I double checked and they do unbutton and there is about an additional inch of space above the buttons as well. :)
